USER ACCOUNT
2.1. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.
2.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your Paypal/Alertpay account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
2.3. You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed.
2.4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
2.5. Accounts are not transferable.
2.6. Indoclix.com will not modify user account information based on user request.
2.7. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
2.8. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer views advertisements, all of those accounts will be suspended.
2.9. You must not automatically redirect any page to Indoclix.com or include the Indoclix.com site inside any other site visible or not.

REFERRALS
3.1. You may refer as many people as you want.
3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have unique email addresses and unique Payment Addresses.
3.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
3.4. You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you and bought by you in our site.
3.5. You can only bought referrals when they are available.
3.6. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him.
3.7. The amount of direct referrals and bought referrals is unlimited.
3.8. Users can have direct referrals after being immediately.

ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
4.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
4.3. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at Indoclix.com.
4.4. Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorised third party software or services used to 'auto-click', 'auto-surf', 'ad-alert', or circumvent or defraud Indoclix.com your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action for such violations.

PAYMENTS TO MEMBERS
5.1. All payments will be made via Paypal/Alertpay, No other method of payment is available at this time.
5.2. All payments will be made 24 hours upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.
5.3. No minimum payout for premium members and $0.10 for free members.
5.4. You may only request one payment at a time.
5.5. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.
5.6. You must have a correct and existing Paypal/Alertpay email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be canceled.

ADVERTISEMENTS
6.1. The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
6.2. The website must not contain any frame breakers.
6.3. The website must be English.
6.4. The website must not contain or promote any viruses
6.5. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
6.6. The website must not exceed the 1 popup/pop under limit
6.7. The website's single popup/pop under must not open any new windows.
6.8. The website's single popup/pop under must not break any of the above terms.

PAYMENTS TO Indoclix.com
7.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted.
7.2. Payments made to Indoclix.com using Paypal/Alertpay are confirmed by your Paypal/Alertpay email. Any payment made by another Paypal/Alertpay email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.
7.3. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
7.4. Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
8.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
8.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.
8.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.

LIABILITY
9.1. Indoclix.com will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Indoclix.com and therefore beyond our control.
9.2. Indoclix.com reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others.
9.3. Indoclix.com will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE
10.1. This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
